She secured $10M for tech companies, advised innovation centers and urban tech startups in the US, and published influential works in her field. As one of the six directors in the development team of WRI and country director in Turkiye, Arzu contributed to raising $30M from corporate foundations, philanthropists, and multilateral development banks. She brings extensive operational and strategic management experience to Treeo VC. Her diverse network combined with her expertise in project financing and fundraising make her an invaluable asset in helping portfolio startups access capital and expand globally.

Çiğdem Toraman, General Partner at Treeo VC, brings deep cross-sector experience spanning technology, finance, media, retail, and venture capital. She has led both high-growth startups and established organizations, playing a key role in shaping their strategy and driving market expansion.

Prior to Treeo VC, she served as Managing Partner at StartersHub US, Startupbootcamp Scale in San Francisco and Istanbul, and StartersHub Türkiye. Throughout her career, she has made over 100 investments and supported 45 startups in successfully entering and scaling in the U.S. market.

With a background in computer engineering, Çiğdem combines strong technical insight with a broad global network. Her ability to identify emerging trends, evaluate high-potential founders, and navigate complex markets strengthens Treeo VC’s investment strategy and sustained competitive edge.

Didem Altop is a General Partner at Treeo VC, with a distinguished career focused on entrepreneurship and innovation. As the founding managing director of Endeavor Turkey, Didem has played a pivotal role in supporting high-impact entrepreneurs and accelerating startup growth. Her efforts have led to $2.7 billion in exits. She has launched six angel networks and advised the launch of seven VC funds. Didem's extensive experience and dedication to empowering entrepreneurs align perfectly with Treeo VC's mission to back early-stage technology startups, particularly those with Turkish founders expanding in the U.S. market. Her expertise in management consulting, building entrepreneurial ecosystems and fostering international collaborations enhances Treeo VC's ability to support its portfolio companies.

Mine Dedekoca is a Venture Partner at Treeo VC and the Founder & Chief Happiness Officer of Happy Work Studio, bringing over two decades of experience in corporate strategy, innovation, and the future of work. She has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Microsoft and Intel, where she led large-scale growth initiatives and built strategic partnerships across global markets. She has worked with startups, corporates, and public sector stakeholders to drive transformation and build high-performing organizations. Mine specializes in go-to-market strategy and corporate partnerships, supporting companies as they scale. She supports Treeo VC through curated introductions to investors and select startup opportunities, and selectively engages with portfolio companies.
